Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months of opening.
Lip Balms:
For external use only.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Store below 25°C to prevent melting.
Best before 12 months from opening.
Pure Honey:
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Crystallisation is natural; gently warm the jar to restore smooth texture.
Beeswax Candles:
Place on a heatproof surface before lighting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
Trim wick to 5mm before each burn for a clean, even flame.
Burn for 4–6hours at a time to prevent tunnelling.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Refunds
